Welcome to Meruisa Crystal (“we,” “us,” or “our”) website (www.meruisacrystal.com). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, content, features, and the purchase of products through the site (collectively, the “Services”). Please read them carefully.

  1. Agreement & Modifications

By accessing or using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated version on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

  1. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that you are of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have consent from a legal guardian, and are fully able to be bound by these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

  1. Product Information & Sales
  • Descriptions: We strive to display accurate colors, images, and descriptions of products. However, due to display settings, photography lighting, and the natural characteristics of crystals, we cannot guarantee absolute accuracy on your device. All products are subject to the actual item received.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change prices for any reason at any time without notice. All prices are in the listed currency and may exclude taxes and shipping, which are added at checkout.
  • Orders & Inventory: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your order by sending an order confirmation email, at which point a sales contract is formed. All products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
  • Natural Characteristics of Crystals: You expressly understand and agree that Meruisa Crystal sells naturally formed minerals. Inclusions, color variations, textures, growth marks, clouds, and fractures are hallmarks of authenticity in natural crystals and are not considered product defects. Subjective dissatisfaction with these natural characteristics does not constitute a valid reason for return or refund.
  1. Payments

We accept payments through third-party payment gateways. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information. You agree to promptly pay all charges and comply with all terms set by the payment processor.

  1. Shipping, Delivery & Title
  • Shipping Policy: We will endeavor to ship orders within the stated timeframe after confirmation. Provided shipping times are estimates only; we are not liable for shipping delays including but not limited to customs delays, carrier backlog, or force majeure events.
  • Delivery & Risk of Loss: Title to and risk of loss for the products passes to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier (i.e., when it is “shipped”).
  • International Orders: You, as the recipient, are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. We have no control over these charges and advise you to consult your local customs office.
  1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Period: Returns may be requested within 30 days of the date you received the item.
  • Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with original tags and packaging.
  • Process: You must contact customer service to obtain a Return Authorization number before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exclusions: Returns are not accepted based on “Natural Characteristics of Crystals” (as per Section 3) or subjective personal experiences with a crystal’s energy. Custom-made, used, or final sale items are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except for significant quality issues.
  1. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, images, logos, Meruisa Crystal trademarks, code, design, and graphics) are our exclusive property, protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, or use for any commercial purpose without our express written permission.

  1. User Conduct & Account Security

You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful or harmful manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities under your account.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Meruisa Crystal, its directors, employees, affiliates, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, business interruption, or personal injury) arising from your use or inability to use the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  1. Charitable Donations

As part of our brand mission, Meruisa Crystal donates 2% of profits from eligible sales to selected charitable causes. Details of this program are set out on our Giving Commitment page. You understand and agree that this donation commitment is our separate corporate social responsibility initiative, does not form part of your purchase contract, and creates no contractual rights enforceable by you or any third party.

  1. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction, e.g., the State of New South Wales, Australia], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or action arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. These Terms, together with any policies or rules referenced on our Site (such as Privacy Policy, Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations.
