The Story Behind Meruisa
Meruisa Crystal began with a little girl, a Rose Quartz, and an elderly British woman named Elaine.
1. The Beginning
Early in my life, I moved to Australia, where I had the unexpected opportunity to live with Elaine, whom I came to lovingly call Grandma.
One day, I noticed a beautiful heart-shaped pink crystal sitting on a shelf. I picked it up simply because I thought it was beautiful. Elaine smiled and asked,“Do you like that crystal?” I nodded. She placed it in my hands and told me it was Rose Quartz.
She explained that crystals carry their own unique qualities and energies, and that different crystals can support different intentions and qualities we wish to cultivate in our lives.
I was too young to understand it all. But I believed her. And without realizing it, that little Rose Quartz became my first connection to something I would only understand much later:
crystals, intention, and manifestation.
2. Crystal & Manifestation
Elaine never tried to tell me who I should become. She simply believed in me. She would often tell me: “Your brain is powerful. If you know what you want, write it down, believe in yourself, and take it one day at a time.”
As I grew, my room slowly filled with dreams, pictures & places I wanted to visit. Somehow I had unknowingly created my first vision board. Whenever I held my Rose Quartz, I would quietly think about the life I wanted to create.
I believed in the energy of the crystal, my intention, and the possibility of the life I was imagining. I kept dreaming, believing, and moving forward one day at a time. As I grew older, many of those childhood dreams began to become reality. I realize that the crystal carried its own energy. My intention gave that energy direction. My belief shaped the way I moved through life. And my choices helped bring that vision into reality.
Long before I knew the word manifestation, I was already experiencing the connection between crystal, intention, belief, and reality.
3. When Life Became More Complicated
As I grew older, life became more complicated.
I experienced disappointment, relationships that didn’t work out, financial pressure, business challenges, and moments when I questioned myself.
Like many people, I became distracted by other people’s expectations and opinions.
I didn’t stop dreaming.
I simply lost some of the quiet confidence I had once carried so naturally.
Somewhere along the way, I forgot how powerful it felt to truly believe in myself.
4. Finding My Way Home
In 2024, I learned that Elaine had passed away. Losing her was heartbreaking. But somehow, losing her made me remember everything she had given me.
The Rose Quartz. The dreams on my walls. Her words. And the way she believed in me without asking me to become anyone other than myself.
I suddenly realized that what I had experienced naturally when I was young, I now understood through the language of intention, manifestation, mindset, and energy.
My belief in myself was never an accident. Someone had planted that belief in me long ago.
And the more I looked back, the more I realized that her influence had never really left me.
5. The Belief I Carry Forward
When I became a mother. Without consciously trying to, I found myself carrying the same belief Elaine had given me into the way I raise my daughter.
I don’t want her life to be shaped by fear, comparison, or someone else’s expectations. She can be herself, and she can trust herself. She can dream boldly, choose what feels right for her, and walk away from what doesn’t.
Whatever she truly believes in and feels proud of, I will support her. Because life will not always be easy. There will be difficult moments, disappointment, and people who may tell her that something is impossible. But I want her to know that those moments do not define her future.
Believe in yourself. Stay true to yourself. Hold onto your vision. And never let someone else’s limitations become your own.
These are the things Elaine gave me. And now, they are part of what I hope to pass forward.
6. One Day at a Time
I remember one experience that showed me just how powerful Elaine’s words could be. During a demanding hospital placement. I worried about the assignments, the responsibilities, and my capability. Then I remembered her words: “Take one day at a time.”
So I stopped trying to carry the entire future in my head. I focused on what was in front of me. I showed up. I took care of what I needed to do. I stayed open, positive, and present.
Everything began to feel different. Patients, nurses, and supervisors responded warmly to my attitude and energy. I received heartfelt feedback and thoughtful gifts and messages from patients, and my final results were far better than I had expected.
That experience reminded me that manifestation isn’t simply about waiting for life to change. It is about holding an intention, staying connected to your belief, and allowing that intention to guide the way — one day at a time.
7. Why Crystals?
For me, crystals have never been simply beautiful stones. I believe crystal carries its own unique energy and qualities — confidence, love, courage, grounding, protection, abundance, clarity, peace, and more. Sometimes, we simply feel drawn to the crystal that speaks to something we need most.
It was never a coincidence. I believe crystals can become a powerful part of our manifestation journey. When we choose a crystal with intention, we are creating a connection between its energy and the energy we want to cultivate within ourselves. When we wear it, hold it, or see it throughout the day, it can bring us back to that intention. A reminder of what we are calling into our lives. A reminder of the energy we want to embody. A reminder of the person we are becoming.
Crystal energy supports the intention. Intention gives direction. Belief gives it life. And our choices help turn the vision into reality. This is where crystals and manifestation come together.

Hi, I’m Meruisa, the founder of Meruisa Crystal. Welcome to Meruisa Crystal.
Every person has a different dream. For some, it may be confidence. For others, love, abundance, peace, clarity, protection, or simply a happy family and a life that feels true to them. There is no single definition of a beautiful life. Whatever your vision may be, I hope Meruisa becomes a meaningful part of your journey.
A crystal you feel connected to. An intention you carry with you. A daily reminder of the energy you want to welcome into your life. And you are capable of creating more than you may realize.
I created Meruisa because I genuinely believe in this connection between crystals, intention, and manifestation. And because I want to share the belief Elaine gave me:
